CBMC事工发展策略, 有2大重点 :
1. 一领一 : 运用属灵倍增方法, 认领造就门徒.
2. 分会运作 : 每一分会的组织架构, 除会处, ( 祷告灵修, 福音聚会, 会体增长,跟进造就 )
每一组设有组长, 每一会员加入CBMC 即按意愿分配到各组中参与事奉. CBMC的分会架构,
犹如今日小组教会中的各小组, 可说是小组教会的先锋实践者.

Work Strategy
The two main strategies in developing CBMC Ministry are :
One on one : Through spiritual multiplication method by making of disciple one on one.
Chapter Organization : Each Chapter has a chairman with 4 groups (Prayer, Outreach,
Visitation, Discipleship). Each group has its own leader, every member who joins CBMC
will be assigned in the group of one's choice. The organization of CBMC chapters
is very similar to the cell group in the church.
